NOTE: For those ordering Fantasy Commissioner Web, we have a more convenient way to pay for your league: simply logon to your league and follow the order instructions that appear on your leagues home page. Your league will immediately be marked as paid after you order.

What kind of security do you use?

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. See also our general statement on security.

How will I get the Software?

After you submit your order, your credit card will be charged immediately. Once this is done (usually within 15 seconds), for the product(s) your ordered you will be able to view the complete instructions for downloading the product(s) (for desktop products) or you will receive setup instructions (for web products). This is a huge benefit: You can use the product you ordered within seconds of placing your order!
NOTE: To receive the instructions for obtaining your product(s), make sure you press the "Download Now" button that appears next to each product you ordered on the Order Confirmation page.

If you did not use our On-line Store, within one business day of our receiving your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. This will contain instructions for downloading the product(s) you ordered.

To order by e-mail, you can download our electronic form and fill it out with your text editor, then e-mail the completed form to sales@footballsoftware.com.
