  Contacting us via e-mail is usually the fastest way to reach us, plus it allows us a better way to send you detailed answers. Also, you can send us an e-mail during non-business hours and usually receive a quick reply. We answer all e-mail within 24 hours (and most emails are answered within a few hours).
  When sending us a support e-mail, make sure you specify the product you are using (Fantasy Commissioner Desktop, Fantasy Commissioner Web, Fantasy Coach, or PEDS), the version you are using (click the "About" button on the main menu to find out), and the name that your order was placed under (so we can verify that you are a customer).
